Most get no training for it. This one-day workshop is the applied cyber literacy program for managers and team leads — the one that lets you make good decisions, ask the right questions of your IT and security teams, and respond correctly when something goes wrong.
No prerequisite cyber knowledge is assumed. The course is built around the decisions managers actually face — vendor risk assessments, BYOD and remote-access questions, incident response protocols, and how to talk to your team about security without becoming the scolding parent.
