Training Registration Cancellations
More than 14 days before the event
If you cancel your registration 14 or more days before the scheduled event start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
Within 14 days of the event
Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event start date are not eligible for a cash refund. However, you may receive a credit toward a future session of the same or equivalent program. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
No-shows
Registrants who do not attend the event without prior cancellation are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Transfers and Substitutions
You may transfer your registration to another person at no charge, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event start date. Please contact our support team with the replacement attendee's name and email address.
You may also transfer your registration to a different date of the same program, subject to availability, at no additional cost if the request is made at least 7 days before the original event date.
Certification Exam Retakes
Certification exam fees are non-refundable once the exam has been administered. If you do not pass on your first attempt, retake policies vary by program. Please refer to the specific certification page or contact us for details.
Group Training Engagements
Custom group training proposals are governed by the terms outlined in the signed Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement letter. In general:
- Cancellations more than 30 days before the scheduled start date receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable preparation costs.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the engagement total.
- Rescheduling is available at no additional cost with at least 14 days notice, subject to instructor and venue availability.
Event Cancellations by Efficiency Squared
In the rare event that Efficiency Squared cancels a scheduled session (e.g., due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances), all registered attendees will receive either:
- A full refund to their original payment method, or
- The option to transfer to the next available date of the same program.
We will notify affected registrants as early as possible, typically at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a cancellation or refund request:
- Contact our support team at Customer Support or email info@efficiencysquared.com
- Include your name, email address used for registration, event name, and the reason for cancellation.
- You will receive confirmation of your refund or credit within 2 business days.
Digital Materials
Course materials, resource PDFs, and digital downloads provided as part of a training registration are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
