About this course
Course overview
Projects ship. Adoption is a separate problem — and it's yours to solve.
This two-day applied workshop is for project and program managers who are tired of delivering technically successful projects that never quite get adopted. It takes the practices from change management and integrates them directly into the PM lifecycle — so the OCM work happens in parallel with the delivery work, not as an afterthought when the go-live date slips.
Every activity is built around a running case study and your own real projects. You practice running a stakeholder impact assessment, coaching a difficult sponsor, writing a communication plan that doesn't put people to sleep, spotting resistance signals early, and measuring adoption against a baseline. By day two, the techniques are coming out of your hands, not your notes.
