About this course

Course overview

The full E²P certification path in one immersive week.

The E²P Certification Intensive Bootcamp is a five-day, 40-hour program that integrates business analysis, project management, agile delivery, program and change management, and leadership into one applied operating model. Participants move from business need and requirements through delivery planning, adaptive execution, benefits realization, organizational change, and an integrated capstone simulation.

This bootcamp is the fastest path to the E²P Certified Practitioner credential. It includes domain instruction, practical labs, digital materials, the capstone simulation, and the E²P certification exam voucher. Learners who cannot commit to the full week may also complete the five single-day E²P modules across separate cohorts.
