About this course
Course overview
The technical skills get you the role. The emotional ones get the project delivered.
Project managers live at the intersection of people, politics, and deadlines. Technical mastery of schedules, scope, and risk will only take you so far — the difference between a competent PM and a trusted one usually comes down to emotional intelligence. This one-day workshop is a practical, applied deep-dive into the EQ skills that separate the two.
Built around the four-domain EQ model (self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, relationship management), the course uses live scenario work, peer coaching, and guided reflection to help you recognize your own patterns under pressure, regulate reactive responses, read the room, and influence stakeholders without resorting to authority.
Learning outcomes
What you'll learn

- Lead difficult conversations with directness and care instead of avoidance or bulldozing
- Earn 8 PDUs (7 Power Skills, 1 Business Acumen)
