Course overview
Build a practical path to ECBA exam readiness.
ECBA Certification Preparation is a two-day course for new and aspiring business analysts who want a structured path through IIBA's Entry Certificate in Business Analysis exam blueprint. The course connects foundational business analysis concepts to scenario-based questions, reinforces the language of the Business Analysis Standard and BABOK Guide, and helps learners understand how change, need, solution, stakeholder, value, and context appear in entry-level BA work.
Participants leave with a blueprint study map, practice-question review log, lightweight BA work-plan template, and a 30-day post-class study plan. The course is designed for exam preparation and practical confidence; learners apply and schedule directly with IIBA.
